underwear sales are final

and here's why

First off, we know ordering the right size is not always easy online. We got you! Choose your size with care using our size guide. 

We are unable to accept returns for underwear for health and safety reasons. We simply have no way of knowing if they've been worn. The other reason we discourage returns is the impact they have on our sustainability values. 

Returned undies will go to the landfill, with or without our permission, as we can’t resell them. ¡No bueno! Returned goods have a hidden cost to our planet. 

If you need a bigger or smaller size, contact us for a discount code on your next pair. Consider sharing that (laundered) pair with another Dare Heart in your life. 

If you are truly unhappy with your item, please contact us for the chance to make it right. We welcome your feedback.

returns on everything else

Any unused item (besides undies) may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Again, we recommend sharing with your close Dare Heart. 

Returns will be processed within 5 to 10 days of receipt for refunds or store credit. At this time, we cannot do exchanges. We order small batches and can’t guarantee that size will still be in stock when we’re processing your return.

If we missed any production-related damage to your underwear during our multiple inspections, please contact us. We have a lot of wonderful humans involved in the process, but Pobody’s Nerfect! We’ll make you whole.
